Ingredients
- 60 mlAverna Amaro
- 30 mlSweet Vermouth
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
- 1Maraschino Cherry
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Add Averna Amaro, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters.
- Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
To serve
