Ingredients

  • 50 mlAncho Reyes Verde
  • 30 mlSweet Vermouth
  • 10 mlMaple Syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add Ancho Reyes Verde, Sweet Vermouth, Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

To serve

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a thin lime twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
