The 2022 Stark-Condé Stellenbosch Syrah is an elegant, floral-style wine that stands out for its balance and refinement. It presents a deep purple hue with concentrated dark-fruit aromas complemented by notes of liquorice, violet, and white pepper. On the palate, it offers rich layers of fruit supported by a fine-grained tannin structure. This Syrah is co-fermented with small amounts of Roussanne and Viognier, enhancing its aromatic complexity and texture. The wine undergoes maturation in mostly older oak barrels, contributing to its polished character
