Black Pearl Elixir
Ingredients
- 60 mlCaptain Morgan Black Spiced
- 30 mlfresh lime juice
- 20 mlsimple syrup
- 15 mlginger liqueur
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Captain Morgan Black Spiced, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.
To serve
