Ingredients

  • 60 mlMonkey 47 Gin
  • 20 mlblack cherry liqueur
  • 15 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 10 mlhoney syrup
  • 2 dashesaromatic bitters

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Monkey 47 Gin, black cherry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

To serve

Serve in a coupe glass with a rosemary sprig garnish.
