Ingredients

  • 60 mlBenedictine D.O.M
  • 30 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 15 mlhoney syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Benedictine D.O.M, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
