Ballantine'S Symphony

Ingredients

• 60 mlBallantine's 30 yrs Very Rare Blended Whisky
• 20 mlHoney syrup
• 15 mlFresh lemon juice
• 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Add the Ballantine's 30 yrs Very Rare Blended Whisky, honey syrup, and lemon juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
