Arhumatic Mojito

Ingredients

• 60 mlArhumatic Mentha Mint Rum
• 30 mlFresh lime juice
• 22.5 mlSimple syrup
• 8-10Fresh mint leaves
• Soda water

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add the Arhumatic Mentha Mint Rum and fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
