Appleton Estate Aged Eight Sour
Ingredients
- 60 mlAppleton Estate 8 yrs
- 30 mlfresh lime juice
- 20 mlsimple syrup
- 1egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
To serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel placed on the rim
