Ingredients

  • 50mlAbsolut Juice Apple
  • 25mlfresh apple juice
  • 15mlfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10mlmaple syrup

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Absolut Juice Apple, apple juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a thin apple slice and a sprig of fresh thyme
