Bitter Sunset
Ingredients
- 50 mlGiffard Bitter Liqueur
- 25 mlfresh orange juice
- 15 mlhoney syrup
- 10 mllemon juice
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Giffard Bitter Liqueur, fresh orange juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
