Arhumatic Raspberry Royale
Ingredients
- 60 mlArhumatic Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Rum
- 15 mlRaspberry syrup
- 10 mlFresh lemon juice
- 90 mlChilled sparkling wine
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add the Arhumatic Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Rum, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
- Top with the chilled sparkling wine
