Ingredients

  • 60mlMalfy Gin Con Arancia
  • 20mlAperol
  • 30mlFresh grapefruit juice
  • 15mlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10mlSimple syrup

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the Malfy Gin Con Arancia, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a grapefruit twist, expressed over the surface of the drink to release the essential oils
