Aberfeldy Highland Sunset

Ingredients

• 60 mlAberfeldy 12 yr
• 30 mlFresh squeezed orange juice
• 15 mlHoney syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 2 dashesAngostura bitters
• 1 sliceDehydrated orange

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Aberfeldy 12 yr, orange juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
