Azure Agave Elixir
Ingredients
- 60 mlClase Azul Plata
- 20 mlfresh lime juice
- 15 mlagave syrup
- 10 mlblue curaçao
- salt
- lime wheel
Method
- Rim a rocks glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into a plate of salt
- Fill a shaker with ice and add Clase Azul Plata, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and blue curaçao
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim
To serve
Serve in a salt-rimmed rocks glass with a lime wheel perched on the edge
