Azul Sunset
Ingredients
- 60 mlClase Azul Reposado
- 30 mlfresh lime juice
- 15 mlagave syrup
- 15 mlAperol
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Clase Azul Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, Aperol, and orange bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
- Garnish with an orange twist
