Ingredients
- 60 mlAppleton Estate 12 yrs Rare Blend
- 15 mlDemerara simple syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes
- Add the Appleton Estate 12 yrs Rare Blend and Demerara simple syrup
- Stir gently to combine
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Garnish with a freshly expressed orange twist
To serve
Serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a single, large orange twist, expressed over the drink to release the essential oils.
