Ingredients
- 60 mlDolin Blanc Vermouth
- 30 mlelderflower liqueur
- 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- 10 mlhoney syrup
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Dolin Blanc Vermouth, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
