Onshore Cellars is proud to introduce our customers to the world-renowned wine producer, Cellini. Located in the picturesque region of Tuscany, Italy, Cellini has established itself as one of the top producers of high-quality wines in the world.

The Cellini winery was founded in 1974 by brothers Carlo and Dante Cellini, who had a passion for winemaking and a deep connection to their land. The winery is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards. This ideal location provides the perfect environment for producing exceptional wines.

Cellini is known for its commitment to traditional winemaking techniques, combined with modern technology, to create wines that are a true reflection of the region’s terroir. The winery has over 100 hectares of vineyards, where they grow a variety of grapes, including Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. These grapes are carefully handpicked and sorted to ensure only the best quality makes it into the wines.

One of Cellini’s most well-known and highly acclaimed wines is the Chianti Classico Riserva. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine is a perfect example of the winery’s dedication to quality. It is aged for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with notes of cherries, plums, and spices.

Cellini also produces other exceptional wines, such as the Super Tuscan, Toscana Rosso, and Chianti Classico Gran Selezione. Each wine showcases the unique characteristics of the region and the winery’s commitment to producing top-quality wines.
